Shipping for Exchanges

  • For defective items: exchange shipping is completely free
  • For non-defective items: customers cover the return shipping cost, and we will ship the replacement to you at no additional charge

Processing Time
Exchanges are processed and shipped within 2 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds and Fees

No Restocking Fees: We believe in transparent and fair service. There are no restocking fees for any approved returns or exchanges.
